These terms cover your use of ourteamsports.com, operated by Hollow Holdings, LLC. By using the site you agree to them.
Early access
Joining the early-access list is free and doesn't commit you to buy anything. Prices, the free trial and features described on this site may change before launch.
Paid team sites
These terms apply when you start a paid team site. A paid team site is a subscription to OurTeamSports. Stripe handles the billing and takes the payments. A new site starts with a 7-day free trial. You need a card to start it. When the trial ends, the subscription starts and your card is charged, unless you cancel before then. The plans are $9.99/month or $100/year. The subscription renews automatically each month or each year, and your card is charged each time, until you cancel. A site administrator can switch plans, update the card, see receipts or cancel at any time from Admin, then Billing. A cancellation takes effect at the end of the trial, or at the end of the month or year already paid for. The site stays up until then. After that, the site is paused, as described below. If a payment fails, the site stays up while Stripe retries the payment. If Stripe stops retrying without being paid, the subscription ends and the site is paused. A paused site shows a notice that it is unavailable, to visitors and administrators alike. We email the billing contact a link to restart the subscription. Until the site is deleted, that link restarts the subscription and brings the site back as it was. A restarted subscription has no free trial. About 90 days after a site is paused, we delete it permanently: its pages, accounts, photos and other files. We email the billing contact a warning at least 7 days before, and we take a final backup first. Like our other backups, the final backup is deleted after 90 days. The team site's own terms of service also apply to everyone who uses that site.
Using the site
Don't misuse the site, including by submitting other people's email addresses or trying to disrupt it.
No warranty
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Hollow Holdings, LLC isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA.
