Who we are
OurTeamSports is a product of Hollow Holdings, LLC, 625 Kenmoor Ave SE, Ste 350 PMB 398534 · Grand Rapids, MI 49546-2395 · USA. This policy covers ourteamsports.com and its early-access list, and starting a paid team site here. Team sites hosted on OurTeamSports have their own privacy policies.
What we collect
If you join the early-access list we store your email address, when you signed up and when you confirmed it. We don't use analytics or advertising cookies on this site. Like any website, our hosting provider briefly processes your IP address to deliver pages and to stop abuse of the sign-up form.
How we use it
We use your early-access address only to confirm it and to email you about the launch of OurTeamSports. We don't sell your information or share it with anyone for their marketing.
Starting a team site
When you start a team site, we store what you enter on the sign-up form: your name and email address, the team's name, sport, level, state, web address and colors, whether to keep the site out of search engines, and the plan you chose. We use it to create the team site, with you as its first administrator, and we email you an invitation to set up your account. Stripe takes the payment on its own checkout page, so your card details go to Stripe and never reach our servers. Stripe holds your email address and payment details under its own privacy policy, and may email you itself, for example with receipts. We email the site's billing contact about the subscription: a notice if the site is paused, and a warning before it is deleted. These emails come from no-reply@ourteamsports.com.
Subscription reporting
We report each paid team site to RevenueCat, a subscription reporting service, so we can see how many sites are paid for. RevenueCat receives only our internal team id, the Stripe subscription id, the team's name, the site's web address and its plan. It never receives your name, your email address or your payment details.
Who processes it for us
Microsoft Azure hosts this site and sends our email. Stripe processes payments for team sites. RevenueCat receives the subscription details described above.
How long we keep it
Sign-ups that are never confirmed are deleted after 30 days. Confirmed addresses are kept until we launch or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first. Nothing deletes a team sign-up record automatically yet, so we keep it, even after the team site is deleted, until you ask us to remove it. A team site that is no longer paid for is deleted about 90 days after it is paused, as its own privacy policy describes. Copies in our backups are deleted after 90 days, and stay recoverable for a further 14 days.
Children
The early-access list and team sign-up are for adults: coaches, parents and team organizers. They aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect children's information.
Your choices
To see, correct or remove your information, email privacy@ourteamsports.com or reply to any email we've sent you.
Changes
If we change this policy we'll update the date above.
